Please note that our processing facility operates during standard business hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be addressed on the following business day.

  • External Appearance: Your items will arrive in plain, neutral-colored outer packaging. There are no bold logos or descriptive text on the outside of the box or mailer that would indicate the specific nature of the contents.
  • Internal Presentation: While the exterior is modest, the interior is designed to protect your delicate garments. Items are placed in protective wraps to prevent snagging or moisture damage during transit.
  • Documentation: Shipping labels will display only the necessary delivery information and a return address that does not explicitly mention the brand’s full product category if not required by the carrier.
