Since different styles—such as bralettes versus wired designs—can feel different on the body, please consult the specific measurement guides available for each item. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest choosing the larger size for maximum comfort.

We prioritize skin-friendly, breathable, and durable materials. Our collections typically feature:

Are the colors accurate to what I see online?
We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. however, because the color you see depends on your monitor or mobile screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your display of any color will be exactly the same as the actual product.

How should I wash my lingerie?
To preserve the delicate nature of the lace and the elasticity of the fabrics, we highly recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent. If you must use a machine, please place the items in a mesh laundry bag and use a delicate cycle with cold water.
How do I dry my items?
Never use a tumble dryer. Heat can break down the elastic fibers and damage delicate lace. Instead, gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring) and lay the items flat to dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing typically takes a few business days. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the delivery time depends on your specific location and the shipping method selected. You will receive an update once your package is on its way.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders quickly, there is a very limited window to make changes. If you need to update your information or cancel a request, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make further adjustments.
How is my order packaged?
We value your privacy. All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging that does not explicitly mention the specific contents of the box. The interior, however, is carefully arranged to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene, we have strict guidelines regarding returns. We can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and protective hygiene liners intact.

Quality is our priority, but if you happen to receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within a few days of receipt. Provide a clear description and photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
